Isaiah 61:7

"Instead of their shame my people will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance; and so they will inherit a double portion in their land, and everlasting joy will be theirs."

Why do I have this scripture here? It has a lot of meaning to me and it can teach you a lot about life. Even if your Christian or even if your not, I feel you can learn a lot from this exert. I believe that things happen for a reason, the good and the bad, and that no matter the amount of pain and suffering you might have felt in your life, you will receive twice the happiness in the end. So think twice the next time you have a bad day, life only gets better! ~NDW

The Asylum

The dreary prison walls reinstate the obvious,
No hope, no faith, no where to go,
Where the sane become insane,
Imagining things that aren't there,
The blurry vision and delusions creating false realities,
These hallways make it seem that there is no chance of ever going home,
For this is not a prison,
This is an asylum,
Where the strongest of people ache,
Welcome to cell eight,
This is heart break

The Heart of Stone

The heart made of stone,
Rigid, rough, and cold,
The rain which has worn it down,
The sun which has dried the painful tears,
But the warmth doesn't help,
It forms cracks in the rock's outer skin,
The once strong stone begins to break,
Only to shatter into a million pieces,
All that remains is the rubble,
This is what happens to the heart of stone,
It becomes nothing

Because Love Is Blind

Two feet for walking.
Two hands for helping,
But only one heart,
Because love is blind,
Searching for the other heart to make us one,
The reason why we're alone,
Because love is blind,
Since love is not seen,
It is discovered
